I had an excellent experience with Bert and May, this is my second time using them. Scarlett in particular was extremely helpful in helping me get some Darkroom tiles as quickly as possible, her continuous communication to ensure we was satisfied was second to none.

Love this tile company! Emerald is easy to talk to and has a great skill in being able to visualise what is being conveyed over the phone without the visuals! Her visual skills are also excellent. The only drawback is when Emerald isn’t in, the call gets passed onto other people who don’t always feedback the communications and then the information needs repeating all over again.

I've only had good experiences of Bert…
I've only had good experiences of Bert & May products. The quality of the tiles are great. However..... The website is a nightmare. Not only do you have a small viewing area when choosing tiles because of the large top toolbar and and chat box that keeps popping up even though there a zero AI or human supports available, but if there is an issue with what you want to order (not within B&M's requirements), it doesn't inform you, it just doesn't work. Great products, rubbish SM/Website/Comms
