Ordered a sample tile, which was great because I ended up buying this type to do my kitchen area (2sqm). Heard from Yvette soon after getting the sample to see if I needed anything which was great. However, when it came to using the discount code, it didn't work and I had to 'prove' that it was a valid code. Yvette investigated this for me and I was so chuffed to find the discount worked and that it was a system issue that was preventing me from being able to use it. I have the tiles being delivered on Monday which I am excited about. Yet to hear back from Yvette as to whether I can send back unused tiles for a refund, but other than that.. I am happy and excited to receive the tiles. Thanks so far!

I ordered 4 sample tiles and only 2 arrived. Fair play to Bert and May they reached out and fixed the situation quickly and arranged for the other 2 tiles to be be sent out to me. Greatly appreciate the help in resolving this situation.

I only ordered a sample, but it came quickly, was well packaged and the tile is beautiful. I haven't made any decisions yet as to whether this will fit the colour scheme, but we'll see!
