Claire at Bert & May was fantastic. She really helped us with design advice and was so patient with us as we made up our minds. We couldn't have asked for a better service and obviously they also have a great selection of tiles.

The samples arrived promptly although I received a text saying that the driver had missed my delivery. However one tile was broken in transit. The quality of the tiles is very good and I shall probably give Bert and May my business.
