Why no PayPal?

My Soho House tiles are so beautiful and arrived safely - with a very hefty delivery fee especially for a small order. My samples were both badly broken. I did ask for a refund and received that promptly. The email post order was a little confusing ; both Linda and Sue were so helpful when I rang and organised very swift delivery - but no tracking details sent. Again I rang and a nice staff member texted likely arrival time. I think the tiles are gorgeous but perhaps more effort to make it super easy for the customer would be a good move. It’s a premium product, the staff I talked to were helpful but it all felt like a bit too much effort.
