Very good service. Sam Ford actually followed up my request for samples to see if I liked them and made suggestions when I said that I wasnt sure. I have never had that before.

Fantastic customer service.. We had an issue with a very late order (us placing a bespoke order) and the company MD stepped in and even offered to drive the order to us himself, all the way from Spain to the UK! Great product, great service

A brilliant experience with Sam Ford who patiently explained the different types of processing, colouring, and ultimately helped us get the tile design we wanted for the budget we had! I was particularly impressed with the speed and manner in which our questions were answered and the offer to hold our tiles free of charge in store for four weeks until our builders are ready for them!
