Always amazing customer service on a high quality product

I travelled from Dorset to the Bert & May Clifton village shop - and it was well worth the three hours of driving! I have visited many tile shops over the last 6 months and Bert & Mays handmade collection is stand out stunning. The best part though, was their interior design support. Their team helped me come up with a design concept, guiding me on this journey and helped me visualise my ideas. Plus their in-shop interior designer Gemma showed me ways I could lay the tiles for real impact. I felt inspired and supported and I can’t wait to finish my bathroom!

Ordered a range of samples for a client project and got a beautiful selection of tiles. They were delivered quickly and look stunning. I have not used the products yet so cannot comment on anything else but samples.
