Wrong product was sent. Replacements arrived but a box had split and was half empty with tiles dropping through pallet. Customer service was great but logistics side of the company let them down.

We bought our tiles from the Chelsea shop in Lots Road where we were brilliantly guided by Emerald. We arrived in a muddle, unsure of what we wanted as we had so many interior house decisions to make. Emerald talked us through room by room and managed to unravel our myriad ideas, combine them with her creative talent and expert knowledge and come up with solutions! I can’t recommend the service more highly.
