Although Bert and May tiles are beautifully designed they are really not fit for purpose. We bought the grey/white split shift tiles for our bathroom. Many of the tiles when they arrived were chipped around the edge, but I was willing to overlook this as I really liked the tiles (and had waited so long for them!) Our tiler followed the instructions but used a different brand of sealant and the grey grout stained all the white areas on the tiles. Bert and may were helpful with their advice about trying to clean them, but this didn't work and we had to have them all removed and buy more tiles to replace them. The tiler then followed all instructions with all recommended products and the tiles still became stained. Bert and May advised that grey grout probably shouldn't be used on these tiles and the tiler probably didn't point grout (he did but it would be impossible not to get some grout on the tiles - and also we were assured by B&M that the pre grout treatment would protect them.. it didn't!) I have tried cleaning over and over as advised but this hasn't worked and we are now left with terrible looking dirty tiles that we cant afford to remove or replace for a second time. As a company Bert and May have been responsive and helpful but have refused to accept any responsibility, even though everyone I have spoken to since about these type of tiles has the same complaint. Please consider buying tiles easier to install, and stay away from these cement tiles.

Awful experience. Ordered 10 tiles payment went though only to emailed 3 days later saying that I was not allowed to order 10 tiles. Being told I was being sent one tiles. I asked for a refund. Have never heard anything or received a email to inform me of a full refund. Would not order agin from you.
