We went into the York office of Bert & May to choose our tiles and the individual was so friendly and helpful, no matter how many times we changed or minds or asked to see more images of our choice. The choice of tiles is fantastic and the quality is far superior to what we've seen anywhere else. The tiles have not yet been delivered but I am expecting a great service based on what I've seen so far. I would definitely recommend.

Not great - ordered a tile sample and then next day got email saying it’s actually not in stock - bit of a waste of time all round. They did refund me.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The tiles are beautiful. Delivery driver was totally brilliant and went out of his way. The only downside is the excessive shipping costs. I had a small order that didn’t really need to be delivered on a pallet. It would be great to have different options for the delivery to reduce these costs.

Ordered a sample and it came very quickly!

I was sent the wrong sample so I can’t see what the tile I wanted would actually look like - I’d either like to be sent a new sample of the correct tile or my money back.

one of the tiles I ordered wasn’t in stock so ended up paying over £10 just for one sample including delivery and it still hasn’t turned up
