Excellent service from Bert & May! I ordered some beautiful Zellige and Terracotta tiles. Unfortunately the terracotta had a lot of colour variations and B&M agreed to send replacements. The first lot arrived broken and again they were kind enough to send me another set of tiles to complete the project on time. I dealt with Annie, Rachael & Lisa who were all wonderful and helped with the order process and replacement. Couldn’t fault the products and service was top notch. I hope to share images on Instagram soon.

Really excellent customer service. Jagoda very kindly sent me a tile sample on next day delivery, which I loved, and ordered for my bathroom floor the next day. Jagado was incredibly helpful with ensuring it arrived on time, sending info on grout ideas and on the tile shade and finish/sealant. I'll definitely be returning, thanks Jagado for all your help!
