I ordered the incorrect tiles from Bert and May and had to return them. Their customer service was very understanding and able to deal with my problem quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Bert and May for the quality of the customer service.

An excellent buying experience - refreshingly attentive and personalised customer service despite my order only being a small one and the product is lovely quality - I would certainly shop with Bert and May again. Delivery was arranged easily and arrived exactly as planned. My only negative would be that the delivery cost being a fixed fee made it rather expensive for the one box of tiles that I ordered and it didn’t really need to arrive on a large pallet - I appreciate the delivery charge would have been better value had my order been larger, but perhaps delivery options is something that could be reviewed for future.
