I ordered quite a few tile samples as was under pressure to make a decision. I was offered a design service and was also sent superb suggestions to take a look at. Ones I may not have considered. A CAD visual was created with my bathroom dimensions and chose suite, metal components etc - this was incredibly helpful in making final choices and in being able to visualise the tiles in the space. I am very impressed with the tailored service.

Lovely tiles but hideously expensive delivery charge

The tile sample arrived promptly and was of a high quality. Just like the sample on screen. The after care was very good and professional. This would appear to be the only plaster tile on the market and was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I now await the tiles I have ordered for my kitchen

Encouraged by a previous order of samples with which I was really pleased, I set about ordering some more…I ordered another six tiles. This time the tiles were not as well packed as before (only wrapped in thin paper) with the result two arrived badly broken. One tile was just rubble. Note to self, don’t send for so many tiles at once. Too heavy for the small box. Perhaps the courier dropped it which might have contributed to the breakages, not sure. Just samples I know, but left me feeling a bit fed up.
