Superb and fast service!

Amazing tiles…Fantastic service! I ordered some reclaimed encaustic tiles to tile a courtyard I have covered with a glass roof and I’m delighted with how they look. You get a great patina with the reclaimed tiles but they may be a bit more fragile to transport (not surprising considering they are reclaimed). We had some breakages on arrival, including some hairline cracks that we didn’t notice until the tiler actually started. All the staff I dealt with at Bert & May from start to finish could not have been more helpful (in particular Emerald, Rachael and Sue) and they managed to get replacement tiles to us really quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Horrendous customer service - twice sent me the wrong samples then following several rounds of emails and Instagram DMs they are again sending the wrong sample!. I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent! I was hoping to resolve this before writing a review but as they send me more review requests than samples - and never bother to call me - maybe this is the best way to communicate.

I've just purchased kitchen tiles from this company after a recommendation from a friend - they have some fantastic ranges and their service has been great from start to finish. 8 tiles were broken on receipt but replacements were received in less than 24hrs by DPD after emailing. I can't wait to see the finished result and will certainly be using again.
