Unfortunately we didn't receive our tile sample

Spent an hour on FaceTime to a ‘consultant’ who wasn’t particularly friendly or knowledgeable about tiling intricacies! She said she would send me some samples of tiles we discussed. That was 2 weeks ago and it turns out she never ordered them and now they are sold out. Won’t be using this company again.

Very good quality tiles, vibrant colours - just a bit too thick for what we need in our kitchen. I will probably buy some for a different room or flooring given how sturdy they are

Quality tiles and very helpful staff. We had looked everywhere for teal tiles and eventually found just what we were looking for at Bert and May. Although rather more expensive than we would normally pay we managaed to buy them in the flash sale. Bert and May have also going to store them whilst our kitchen is being fitted as space is a premium.

Arrived quickly and well packed

Beware Beautiful tiles that end in very expensive disappointment I bought Bert and May tiles for my bathroom at quite considerable extra expense because they looked beautiful. I also employed a tiler with lots of experience of dealing with porous tiles and their associated needs. Sadly the installation guide and protection system sold with the tiles completely failed. Bert and May were pretty good at communicating but sadly that did not change the outcome or offer any recompense. I write this to simply warn other customers that the installation of these tiles cost me well over triple that of a more standard tile and I have ended up with a finish that looks dirty and substandard. The benefit of beautiful hand made tiles has been hugely compromised and it has been an extremely expensive and disappointing result that I cannot now afford to rectify I also note that I am not the first person to experience this and really recommend that anyone else purchases from this company with extreme caution!
