They delivered the wrong tiles

First Tile was broken on underside. This was very quickly resolved the supplier immediately contacted me and sent me another sample tile. Definitely a company I would do business with.

I loved my tiles and very impressed with the service my only feeling was that the 50 pounds delivery was a bit steep Marianne mccu

The customer care I received during my phone call was great. Really helpful with measurements, description of tiles, layouts etc. I ordered a sample which arrived within the 5 days promised. The tile itself is beautiful. I ordered the Fennel Star tile and the colour/style is perfect and the quality is top notch. I've ordered the right amount of these and plain Fennel to do my shower room. Just waiting on the delivery and excited to see them up. Many thanks.
