Easy to deal with and fast response on phone.Had to call to get MPRN and account numbers to set up online Dual Fuel account. I think this could be done better by an Email prompt with link after cooling off period.Otherwise everything was fine.
Excellent Customer Service
We have a large account with Flogas and I needed clarification on some of the accounts. Kenneth was extremely helpful and professional and took the time to go through all of the accounts with me to sort out my queries.

Closure of business account
We had a problem with the closure of a company account and when I called I was put through to Sean Leonard on the Sales Team and what stood out for me was that he actually listened to me and undertook to look into things for me. Within a very short time frame not only did he get the matter resolved he also rang me back to confirm that it was all sorted. It is so rare to get this level of customer service that I felt compelled to take the time to write a review and commend Sean personally and Flogas on the culture they have created in their organisation.

I was worried and confused about my bill and whether I have the correct gas meter as I seem to have a couple but I spoke to a lovely lady called Sylvia. She was kind patient and helped me out and sorted things out for me so that I could actually understand what was going on and I’m very grateful to her for that the customer service was excellent.
