Very helpful and pleasant phone manner

Got overcharged almost 3 months ago, spent so much time sorting it out, they finally admit it and now I have to wait 8 weeks for the refund?! Update: Not only that no one investigated this, as promissed by Sarah H. from their Customer Experience Team, they didn't even refund me in 8 weeks?!?! You actually deserve 0 stars, unfortunately that is not possible. Disgusting company!

A gentleman named Shane was just the epitome of what customer service can be, wishing there were more staff handling customer care service like him, he should be managing and training their Dept. He took an awkward situation and remedied it and even hot me a discounted rate at the end of the day, true gentleman.
