If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Billing date was set to day before pay day so no money in the bills account which was my fault so I emailed asking could they change the date. I just assumed it was done but apparently they don’t respond or action emails?? The next month the same thing happened and I was charged €46 fee for missing the payment. Contacted them again by email and no one responded until I said I wanted to make a complaint and of course they respond then!! To advise I’ll receive an acknowledgment from the complaints team with 5 DAYS! 3 weeks later I email again to ask where my acknowledgment is and I was advised they have 20 days to respond to me! Why advise you will respond in 5 days?? I’ve worked in customer service for years and moved from Energia to these 3 months ago and cannot believe the horrific customer service. Once I get my €46 back I’m getting away from this crowd

Great company to deal with. Was talking to Scott, about renewing contract. Lovely guy to deal with. Highly recommended Rang me back as arranged, as i was looking for a better deal. Ended up staying with flogas in the end. Very happy with the service

Very bad customer service
Changed from Flogas to a different supplier and found out I was €400 in credit with Flogas (only because I rang otherwise I’d never have known) after weeks of waiting still no payment received so gave them a call and was told it can take 2 months before they would pay out. Absolute joke
