I ordered 2 items end of December and…

I ordered 2 items end of December and they haven't arrived as yet. I am disappointed as one of the items was for my granddaughter birthday which is in a weeks times. There has been no communication, I have previously send an email as I noticed the money was taken out my account Janet

ordered a canvas three weeks ago for my A LEVEL FINAL PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!! got a call today say that my order has been refunded. i understand that had a supply issue but i emailed a week before and they said my order would be guaranteed to come soon! like they could have let me known then so that I could sort something out. i am now so delayed with my project and it could cost my my grade for godssake. if i could give 0 stars i would.

10 days ago I placed an order for£112…

10 days ago I placed an order for£112 worth of materials. Today my card was refunded, don’t know why the order was cancelled. I’ve heard nothing, no communication at all, go figure.

Still haven't recieved any shipping details.

Still haven't recieved any confirmation or shipping information over a week later. Also the phones are either disabled or transferring to a full voice mail box so it's impossible to get in contact with them to ask for an update on my order. Would not recommend ordering from here, just use Amazon where they actually ship things in a reasonable time frame.

Excellent customer service

Didn't receive shipping confirmation initially but phoned and had great help from Luke in customer service who was able to track the parcel for me. Unfortunately package arrived damaged but a replacement was very kindly arranged. Excellent customer service 👌

brilliant customer relations!

I have been using GREAT ART for several years now and have found them a really excellent company to deal with... huge product range... good prices and a very efficient service. However I recently had a problem with some spray varnish quality. This was easily resolved ...quickly.... amicably and to my complete satisfaction. The customer service I received from LUKE was well above and beyond the call of duty - he understood the problem completely, offered me sound advice and gave me some alternatives to try - great customer relations - thank you so much.

A***** service from a great company, I high recommend them.

Thank you so much for the top notch customer support I received recently whilst sorting out a little problem with my order. I’ve previously bought multiple items, several times, from this company - always receiving superb products, fast delivery & great prices every time. And when I needed a little help with an order, it was dealt with quickly, with great understanding & to full customer satisfaction. I’d like to thank Luke @greatart for his great customer service skills ,his understanding & also his professionalism. I have no hesitation in buying more from here again & again in the future & recommend artists, professional or hobbyist, to feel confident to make this company their go-to place for art supplies. I don’t usually write reviews but really am chuffed with all aspects of my interactions with @greatart so thought I should make an exception!

Terrible customer service

Edit 1: I was promised that the order would be cancelled on arrival in this country. It has not been and they courier plans to deliver in two days time. They said they would not cancel my order until it reaches this country. Complete disregard for UK law for online purchase. 'GreatArt' I want my money back. Original post: Terrible customer service. Constant contradictions. Insulting customers, apologising they saying that they didn't insult me. Cancelled order as a result, they were not interested in the law regarding 14 days cooling off period when ordering online.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Website states next day delivery, fast turnaround etc. Placed 2 orders with them and they sit unshipped for days, you get no communication or updates etc. Other companies are shipping promply but my current order is still sitting as "pending" - days later.

Best and cheapest online art supply…

Best and cheapest online art supply company by far....great service too and always deliver quickly. I have used GreatArt for many years for my papers, pastels and paints. Cannot understand the negative reviews...I have only had positive experiences.
