This is second time I have written on here regarding onecom, please do not go with them they have recently over charged ke and I have tried to discuss with the complaints team but as usual no help at all just constantly trying to transfer me to someone else, last time I wrote on here onecom asked for details to contact me which I provided but no response, do not use them for your business you will lose money. Shocking customer service. Below is a copy of an email I sent to the CEO. Unsurprisingly no response! 😡 No business landline for 10 days and counting. Costing my business money! 😡 Account No. 06005119 Case No. 212859. Good morning Mr. Flick. I’m sorry to have to email you directly but I am getting nowhere using normal channels of communication. We moved our landline services from BT to Onecom on 22/10/24. Since then we have only had an intermittent service, customers are contacting us using other methods saying the either get a constantly engaged tone or a message saying “the number you have called has not been recognised”. Many of our customers are in their senior years and often either don’t use or struggle to use email and social media to contact us, so clearly not having a landline phone service is having a detrimental impact on our business. Our initial contact was with Kiera Elliot. She assured me the switchover would be totally seamless and not cause any connectivity issues. Clearly this isn’t the case. She did leave me a direct dial number to contact her, 01489 794733, but no one ever answers or respond to the voicemails that are left. On a positive note the 0330 088 8999 number is easy to get an answer on and its efficient in as much that you don’t have to recount what’s happening every time you call as they can already see your case number. Just a shame no one is able to resolve the problem. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve called in only to be cut off. I’ve been promised numerous call backs that never happen. On Sunday I was promised a more senior manager would call me on Monday morning. Didn’t happen. I’m hoping you may be able to forward this email to someone that can actually help?

Having had to contact your company today regarding my mobile phone data usage limit, my call was taken by Abhilasha S. who not only satisfied my query but also determined that the message that I was receiving was being generated by my phone and not by yourselves and despite having to ring me back twice because we were cut off she managed to successfully talk me through the process of resetting my phone to correctly display the correct message. Abhilasha was helpful, patient and polite throughout the phone call and in my opinion went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected and is a credit to your company.
