Shocking company to deal with, staff are arrogant, unhelpful and don't give a toss about you. Had problems more than once sine Vodafone shifted it across to them. Avoid this company, no doubt there will be some bland "we're so sorry" response from them

I really wish to could give no stars!! This has been the most stressful dishonest company I have ever known. Was originally as Vodafone customer for over 40 years, a call from One.com to say my contract was running out but they could give me a "better deal". Was also sent 2 hot spot boxes apparently free but half way through the contract my bill has risen from £20 to £50 plus vat for a SIM I own and another £20 plus vat for the two sim cards in the hot spot boxes that I have never used. My contract is due to expire next month, I have been given two different cut off dates, when I contacted them on Monday and got a pac number then received three text messages to say I would be charged £61 as I was two days earlier in getting in touch. I work 5 days a week getting to the phone during working hours is not easy add in a holiday is the reason why I called them when I did. It has left me crushed! The worst year and a loss financially, they are thieves with no customer service. Onecom mis-sell products and contracts just check the Facebook page dedicated to other customers issues over mis-selling.
