Stay well away from this company, they start up services without consent, then charge every month, i call up to get it resolved every month and they fob you off, can,t stop payment as they have my mobile linked to the account. Scammers!!! Stay away if you do not want conned!!!.

Everything is wrong ! Everyone is telling me they will help to resolve my problem since September and I still didn’t get my refund or any help! You were supposed to activate a new tariff for me since July and you never did and since then you overcharge me each time I travel !

The agent that was dealing with me was helpful and patient, had several queries and she answered them all, and advice me if issues continued to get back in touch

I have had the worst experience and wish I hadn't changed providers. After 4 different call handlers , I finally got throught to Rohit Kumar, who absolutely sorted everything. He was extremely thorough and professional and made sure that he resolved all the issues I was experiencing. So this 5 star rating is for him only !
