Huge regret! Misled with hidden fees in a non-transparent way!

I was scammed by Onecome, and they refuse to cancel my contract without a fee. When I first spoke with the customer representative, they told me my monthly payment would be £13 + VAT, and even sent this in an email. However, I was misled with hidden fees in a non-transparent way, and now I'm paying £60 for this contract. They gave me a useless Alcatel device and an additional line. I ended up with unlimited internet at a much higher price than a regular phone contract, even though I didn’t receive any phones. I’m stuck in this contract for 3 years. The signal is terrible everywhere, and since I work in digital marketing, it’s seriously affecting my business. I deeply regret this. They’re sending out these Alcatel devices even when you don’t want them, and charging you a higher bill. They won’t even let you cancel. I was misled in a very dishonest way. Don’t fall into the same trap.

5* for Chloe

I would like to make it clear that my 5* rating is for the customer service I received from Chloe, the fourth and final person I was put through to. She was professional, knowledgeable, spoke with clarity and deal with my issue. The 3 other gentlemen I spoke, although pleasant and polite, spoke so fast I couldn't catch every word they said. I had to ask them to slow down. Then they couldn't deal with my issue and kept putting me through to someone else until I got to Chloe. I am thankful I finally got put through the Chloe because she finally resolved my issue.
