I spoke with Katy this afternoon thinking my bill was higher than I had expected as I had agreed to stick with my original phone and lower my bill. My bill came out as the original price but Katy advised me I would be credited with the amount making it the amount I had agreed with. She was very quick with her reply and knew what I meant. Frustrated beyond belief
I have never in my life been so frustrated. I was so impressed with the deal I was offered and the initial customer service, but as soon as I'd signed the contract, everyone stopped caring. My phone and sim cards still haven't been delivered over a week late, despite me chasing. Onecom customer service dept straight up lied about the delivery status, forcing me round and round in circles. I'm left with no business line and my children can't use their phones because the old sim cards have been disabled. I was recommending this company to people due to the deal I got, but now I'm warning people to stay away. Absolute nightmare.
