Terminated service in May - September still receiving bills Shocking!!!

This will be the second review I have left this year. Despite my previous review advising how poor internal communications are at Onecom. We are still receiving bills, even though our account was supposed to be closed in May. I have received a letters advising refund of overpayment, awaiting my accounts department to confirm it has been paid, but still we keep receiving bills, either their internal communications are really poor or they deliberately choose continue billing people when they are no longer customers. It would seem once you take up Onecom services trying to get out is almost impossible.

Good Service, with irritations.

Once I could speak to a representative I got excellent service. I had nearly as long a "hold" as trying to contact my GP. I do NOT wish to use "WhatsApp" or other such "services".
