My new phone got lost by DPD and I was just expected to wait until Onecom sorts it out with DPD. So paid for my new contract and no phone for 5 days. After emailing customer services number of time, I got nowhere, but then I called and got through to Alice. What a gem! She took the matters into her hands, put the customer experience first and sorted the new phone within minutes. It’s coming today!!! Amazing service. Thank you Alice!

Horrendous service from taking out the service to nearly 2 months in. On speaking to the salesman I was misold the network provided promising me the signal was perfect in my area. It wasn’t and ever since the follow up and customer service has been just a fob you off attitude, I’ve also had major issues with the broadband and still ongoing not been fixed, stay away from this company!!!
