Our experience with Onecom has been extremely disappointing. We had two failed attempts at installing our internet and phone line, one on 6th September and another on 19th September. On the first attempt, the engineer arrived late and only completed the installation halfway. Without informing us, he left the job unfinished. The second attempt was even worse. The engineer, Harry, was unprofessional and rude. He kept asking us technical questions about what the previous engineer had done, which we couldn't answer as we're not tech experts. Instead of listening, he kept shouting and proceeded to cut off our existing landline and internet, leaving our business without any connection. Despite numerous attempts to contact Onecom at 03300 888999 and raising a case on their portal, we never received any response. We eventually had to call a local engineer to reconnect our services. As of this moment, I still have not received any call or email from them to inform me how this issue will be rectified This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a business that relies on reliable internet and phone lines. We are very disappointed and cannot recommend Onecom based on this experience.
