I brought a Omar dress for my daughter sweet 16 birthday that is coming up febuary 2018 The dress I saw and purchased that is displayed on their web site is is not the same dress they send . spoke with Rita the company Rep and send her a comparison of the dresses she cannot help .i really believe It is so wrong to mislead and cheat people out of their money . I spend approx 500 dollars for a poor imitation I don't usually do review but I felt so cheated. therefore , buyer beware don't believe what you see is what you getting.

This is a rip-off company. They are not interested in selling dresses but they just cheat people from the beginning to steal their money. They are doing misleading advertising, saying that they are selling original designer dresses to attract consumers (and you pay between $600-$1000 for one of their dresses) but in reality those are cheap china-made dresses that are awful (cheap fabric quality) and totally different from what your are expecting because they are NOT DESIGNER DRESSES). They advertise by saying they are ‘authorised’ re-seller!!! They take your money and don’t refund you the money, they say they give you credits so that you are forced to buy again an similar dress from their assortment. They have an unethical return policy of 3-days (standard return policy is 14 days), and if you can’t return the dress in this timeframe, it’s your bad! You lost your money! In addition, you need a special return code that apparently the company need to give you to return them the dress, but if you send the dress back without the code they will deduct half price of the amount that you already had paid for the dress (usually you get the return code already when you receive your goods, so you don’t need to request anything). I requested the code the same day as I received the dress and until the third day nobody of their company contacted me to give me this code, I had to contacted again. Everything is done on purpose to rip you off all the money in any way. I reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission USA. I will report them here in Australia too and encourage all buyers that had similar awful experience to report them in their countries too. I hope that they will close this business and the owners get suit to repay all the money they stealed from consumers all over the world. Misleading advertisement is illegal everywhere. So, don’t attempt to buy anything from them because it’s a scam.

Sehr unseriös spielen mit dem Geld anderer. Meine Verlobung stand mir bevor und sie haben mein Kleid nicht geschickt und Nicht mal den Kauf storniert , wobei ich das Kleid 2 Monate eher bestellt hatte . Schlechter Kundenservice Kauft niemals von hier ein Kleid !!! Hab weder das Geld von denen bekommen musste daher meinen Kreditkartengeber darüber informieren . Zum Glück hab ich das Geld erhalten aber ein Kleid hab ich bis heute nicht erhalten wobei sie mir eine Zusendung versprochen haben Diebe

I purchased 2 dresses from missesdressy.com. The Elizabeth k GL2229 The first dress came with the tags hanging from the dress (as is it should since they should be brand new) the shawl and the tag on the inside of the dress confirming the designer and the size. The 2nd dress didn't come with the tag hanging down the dress. It didn't come with the shawl, and the tag in the inside of the dress wasn't there, and wiring and strings were coming out in the inside of the dress showing indications someone wore it and sent it back! When I contacted missesdressy.com they asked for pics to prove what I'm saying was true. I sent them 3 different emails with pics and videos to show them this dress was used and compared the first dress which was new to the used dress they had sent me. They replied back attacking me with rude comments saying that I was lying!!! And they refuse to give me at least a discount back to my credit card for which I asked for to begin with! I have never in my life experienced horrible customer service!! I was sooooooo shocked to hear this companies respond even after showing them proof of videos and photos that there was indication this dress was used. Do not order or buy from this company! You will be tricked into paying for something used. These were supposed to be bridesmaid dresses and they were the only website that carried the last 2 sizes I needed or else these would've been sent back! At least have the courtesy in giving me back compensation for something that was used when you stated it was brand new!!! Terrible just terrible!!!

I would like to thank entire team for keeping the promise and delivering beautiful dress even before the day it was promised!!! We selected model based on 2 photographs, selected colour based on the chart, took measurements. During our site review, the pop up / live chat appeared. It was Andrew offering 5% off. Our worry was timing, and while he promised to get the dress to us on time, we totally forgot to add the discount while ordering. Regardless, the dress is worth every penny! It is so precisely and nicely sewn, I was very impressed. We live in Ontario, Canada - this dress traveled the world but still came few days before agreed date. They were even kind enough to keep us updated by sending email telling us about the status of the order. We definitely highly recommend this site, and will order again! Thanks again!!

Worst purchase ever. I have never bought such an ill-fitted dress before. Size 0 was too big for me, and I normally wear 4. Top of the dress was designed for a swimmer with double D chest size. It was huge. I'm stuck with $150 dress, as it was a final sale. I don't know anyone who would be able to fit this dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I read other reviews posted on Yelp.
