J'ai commandé une robe chez MissesDressy et elle est arrivée en France en à peine 4 jours. Leur service client est à l'écoute et répond aux questions ! Je vais recommander sous peu chez eux !!
NEVER AGAIN
I have never been given the "run-around" quite like I experienced with MissesDressy. I ordered my dress April 2. Upon ordering I was given a n expected shipping date of late July. Also upon ordering, I was told that my card would be charged when the dress SHIPPED. That is where the lies began. My card was charged immediately. On July 1 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order to see if everything was still looking to be shipped on time, as I had not had any updates at all since initially placing the order. They did promptly reply that my order was set to ship and the delivery date would be July 4. I was ecstatic, as July 4 was well before the date I was given upon placing the order. July 4 came and went with no dress. This is where the run-around began. Always the same series of copy/paste responses. After several emails back and fourth, I kept being told "we will have an update ASAP", "your order is being escalated", "we are routing your email to the appropriate personnel," "you will have your dress before the wear date." The latter response is the one that started me fuming. The wedding is Sept 17; the original delivery date of July would have given me plenty of time to ensure the dress could be tailored and fitted in time. But now I'd be lucky if it came in the week OF the wedding? Unacceptable. As of Aug 1 I began sending follow up emails daily, counting down the days to the wedding in them. In their responses I was given delivery dates of Aug 8, Aug 15, Aug 17, all came and went with still no dress. Aug 15 I was finished being polite with them, and informed the if my dress did not come in within the next week, action would be taken. And I demanded a shipping number. That seems to have some holding with them, because finally my dress shipped late Aug 17, with the tracking number I requested. The dress arrived on the 20th. Still no time to get it fitted, so it's going to be a little loose, but at least I have it. The ONLY reason that I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because though customer service was completely unhelpful and only gave information when I got hateful and made threats, they were generally nice. And in the end I DID receive the dress before the wedding. DO NOT ORDER FROM MISSESDRESSY!!!!

I had a very bad time to get a ship date nobody have any information,when I asked to spoke to the owner ,no one is available,my order was late ,and Reda is the worst person you may talk to , I had to contact the designer myself to ship my order,I Will never order from here .
They should definitely improve the costumer service!!!!
I finally got the dress after 2 weeks of hassle.. And I must to say the dress is amazing! It's Sherri Hill dress in original package with serial number ets. I have no doubt in authenticity of the dress as I had tried it on in the official store, just they didn't have my size that's why I ordered it from missesdressy.com coz they promised delivery in 5-10 days. But in the end I got it after 25 days and of course it was too late ;( The costumer service is horrible, they're very helpful before you order but after you made a purchase no one taking care of service quality. I didn't receive any conformation email about my order, no tracking number, no shipment details, no information about delay or just simple explanation and current information about order status. They was ignoring my emails that's why I thought I will never see my dress. Until now they did't send me the tracking number! So I was very surprised when I got a call from FedEx Btw they fill the address wrong At least I have the dress.. One week after the wear day, but it's better than nothing)))) The shipment was free and they put a gift - shoes and silicon bra I wish they will hire a manager and improve the costumer service, otherwise I'll never order from this site again if I don't have at least half an year in advance)))))
Quality and Exceptional Service
I loved the dresses. I got them as bridesmaid dresses and they were fabulous. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We have just bought a dress for my granddaughter’s prom, it is in a terrible state, the applique is broken in places, the netting is melted in place, in place the applique is not attached, and the edges there are clumps of loose black threads trapped beneath the white netting. the sleeves are unfinished paid almost £100 for this dress and it is unwearable, the company have said I said we should expect this with handcrafting whatever that means!! they have not offered one word of apology have made it very clear they will not help resolve the issues, will not accept the return of the dress as it was made to measure and they cannot resell it, and will not offer any kind of refund, I will add we have not asked for any of that what we asked for was help so that the dress could be worn - they are not interested in helping - once they have our money that is it for them. do not buy from them I only wish we had seen their reviews before we purchased.
STAY AWAY FROM MISSES DRESSY!!!
The day I ordered it, one stock is available and they confirm me of the stock. After I ordered, they emailed me the next day saying the stock was gone and there was a mistake. Pushed me to wait for another 6 weeks or change other styles. I insisted to cancel the order and insist refund, NO CONFIRMATION of cancellation and refund from that day on. I've been calling, emailing, live chatting, ALL THEY SAID WAS BE PATIENT. No manager to speak to, cut your line and put you on hold. I paid US1,254 and now I am filing a complaint with American Express, hoping they can help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM WHATEVER HAPPENS. I Trusted them and I should have trusted all the bad reviews. DO NOT TOUCH THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES & SCAMMERS!!!

Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, bei diesem Online-Shop ein Kleid zu bestellen. Leider war das Kleid letztendlich im Warehouse von MacDuggal nicht mehr verfügbar, Rita stand mir jedoch die gesamte Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, so dass ich mit Ihrem Service zu 100% zufrieden war. Sie war sehr bemüht, mir weiterzuhelfen. Zur Lieferung etc. kann ich jedoch nichts sagen, da ich selbst keine Alternative bestellt habe.
Terrible service,
I ordered a dress on March 20, chose expedited shipping, and provided them a due date for my event of April 4th. Website stated in stock, available for shipment. Total 400$. I never received a call the dress was not in stock, or they had wearhouse issues. The lady that answers the phone was rude and would not advise when/if I would receive a refund. They basically stole my money. I want everyone to know the are scammers and do not ever order from this company. Their website indicated they would not charge my credit card until item shipped...NOT TRUE. They charged prior to shipment. Plenty of people to speak with about buying a dress....but no one when you need service. I am still waiting for my money...it is April 11th.
