I had a great experience ordering from Misses Dressy. Rita the sales representative was very helpful throughout the whole process of ordering the dresses as well as figuring out the fastest delivery possible for each designer. I've ordered a couple of dresses from Misses Dressy and their gowns are beautiful!

I placed an order online at MissesDressy and my order arrived 3 days after it was shipped out. The timing was perfect as I received my dress just in time for my event. It was however slightly annoying to have to submit an address verification form and ID in order to process my order and have the dress shipped to me. I was very nervous about whether I would get my dress on time as I had read so many negative reviews online after I placed my order. However, overall I am very pleased with the customer service and delivery time, and I would definitely recommend MissesDressy to anyone.

I am very annoyed about the service. I ordered 3 weeks ago to put on an tarik ediz dress this saturday to a big event. it said same day delivery. Nothing arrived. So i contacted customer service and they promised to take care of it a week ago , nothing happened. I contacted them again and they told me they will send me an email with updates. Nothing happened. Now I dont have the dress, spent lots of money and am really disappointed in this shop :(

Kimberly at Misses Dressy saved my life (in a way!) I had purchased a dress else where and when it came in it was ordered 2 sizes too big! I was hoping that M/D could help me with an exchange of some kind. When I showed her the dress she had informed me that the size tag on the dress had been altered, and was sent the wrong size intentionally. Kimberly told me to call and ask for a refund because this was just so wrong. I would never had known this if she had not pointed it out to me. I did just that and did get my refund. I did order a gown from M/D, and absolutely love it. They treated me like a queen, and I will return. Can't thank Kimberly enough! Don't be fooled by the area when you finally get there. Once in the showroom it's a whole other world.

I ordered two dresses. One for my graduation. My order arrived 7 days after the delivery date shown at checkout. And the graduation dress did NOT arrive. They didn't tell me that they would not be shipping it so imagine my surprise when I open a parcel with only one dress. The customer services are entirely useless. They simply said that my dress will not arrive but I can choose another dress. How is that going to arrive in time if my graduation is days away! I am waiting to see if they refund my money. From previous posts I see they never refund. I will NEVER recommend this fraudulent company to anyone!!!
