I bought the item off Walmart.com

I bought the item off Walmart.com, I guess I did not notice it was from another company. When I received the package I put it up for my son for Xmas. Wouldn't you know, on Xmas the thing did not work. The office was closed so I left a message and emailed them. I called the first thing Monday morning and waited online long enough to make it to the caller one spot and then was told to leave a message. Now, I am PISSED! I emailed and called a few more times before reaching out to Walmart. Walmart was apologetic, but could not help with the issue. They stated they would email the company and let me know in 24/48 hours. The company them self's never emailed or called back. I GUESS I WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT 48 HOURS BEFORE I REACH OUT TO MY CREDIT CARD AND STOP THE PAYMENT. The more I think about it Walmart is part of the problem as well! I am sure Walmart knows this company is not about the RIGHT!

KUDOS TO MATT: as had some issues with the first computer talked through it to no avail...Reordered this first fast and furious rise and shine all accomplished in a week to business 10 days. Right, fit, the quick response after one week later. A happy camper.

Computer screen is cracked and the mouse and keyboard is worthless. Don't even know if the processing unit works. Waste of money and I will Never buy from you all again!!

Computer Discount Loss

I bought a lenovo laptop and I received it, it didn't work. I finally got it to work and the screen has a bad spot on it that is on the inside of the screen. I have tried to reach them to no avail. I have sent them emails and no reply. All I want is my money back and they can have this useless laptop. I can't believe anyone would give them a good review. Don't ever order from this company cause beside you wasting your money you'll be wasting your time trying to get something about it. How does this company stay in business?

Speedy delivery, top notch quality!

I am rating Discount Computers 5 stars! The ordering process was simple and easily navigable, plus they send a receipt right away after you order. My computer arrived right on time & DC provided me with a tracking # and confirmation. The monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer are like BRAND NEW & there's a handy little manual guide too. They also sent a monitor cable and two power cords. The experience as a first time customer has been so satisfactory, I recommend them to everyone. Just waiting for the internet to be installed so I can get windows up & running but so far so GREAT! They provide a step by step link to get windows going too. You will need your own ethernet cable. Thank you, Discount Computers for the excellent product & top notch service, and I will order again!

A negative 5 star would be a better…

A negative 5 star would be a better rating for this company. First they can't even ship everything you ordered. I.e., I ordered a Samsung Monitor and they didn't ship a power supply. Instead they shipped 2 power cables for a PC power unit, and 2 VGA cables. Then when you try and get the power supply shipped to you, it takes several calls to get anything done and they keep saying give us a few more days and we will ship it out and that is all they constantly say. Stay away from this company as they are 100% useless and will do nothing but waste your time. I'm shocked they haven't been sued yet or closed down by the state as they are more than likely committing fraud. Then they tried to bribe me to remove the negative feedback against them today saying they will give me 10 bucks extra for removing the feedback because they are worried about losing their Amazon account.

What Customer Service

Please don't purchase from this company as it is by far the worst ever. I ordered a specific Dell Desktop from them, they sent out a damaged tower (not functioning whatsoever) after a week of constantly calling, I was finally able to get a hold of them to try to get this solved. Which they stated that they would send me a new one asap, about almost 2 weeks later I finally received it. You'll pay for a Dell, you'll get a HP, with a Dell screen, and Lenovo Keyboard. Don't do it, and spend the extra dollars to get something from a more reputable company. Don't do it! Check the BBB Complaints, and it'll tell you everything you would need to know.

Robbed an autistic adult

My brother is autistic- he bought a laptop here with his stimulus money without his case worker knowing at first. It arrived and didn’t work at all - it was trash. And - worse of it is he paid over $400 for it. They won’t return calls or emails. Case worker and I have tried. Unreal. Need to get press to help get his money back - he doesn’t get much social security with living in a group home. This is low for a company to take advantage of people.
