Brilliant Service - I had a problem and Rentokil solved it. I am Maintenance Officer at our large site (4.5 hectares) where our charity trains Assistance Dogs. On Tuesday 28th June I was stimming a large patch of weeds and found 3 x very old 60 litre containers marked UN 3291 and loads of spilt syringes obviously a left-over from before 2012 when the site was a pig farm. Trade Waste or the Local Authority couldn't help. Google found me Rentokil. Their local rep attended, assessed, quoted for the clean up operation. By 5.15 pm on Friday 1st July the Rentokil technician had attended, removed every last bit of the infectious substances for a total cost of £318 plus VAT. VERY IMPRESSIVE !! A proper job. Thank you. Adam came out from the cleaning division to clean a vehicle which needed some sensitivity. From the outset his approach was professional and he completed the job to a high standard, keeping us up-to-date along the way. Will be using the service again. Dave.
