Richard and Cameron have done themselves proud for the amount of physical work and the amount of work Scottish Water should have done. Their communications to myself and my neighbours were very much appreciated. We are now fully aware of all the work carried out by Richard and Cameron on behalf of Rentokil and we were also made aware of any actions they had taken for our benefit in the future. Today we had a team of men come out on a last minute call to carry out a large clean of our building. The men were so lovely and chatty! The men asked what room we would like to be completed first and instantly carried out the work. Joe was so lovely, and was very friendly! His communication was great towards the staff who were in completing other tasks, Joe helped myself and another colleague of mine to remove large pieces of furniture that needed to be removed from the room & also removed large pieces of work down off the walls for us. Paul was also lovely and chatty! Well done, thanks for the great work that was carried out.

Today the boys came to clean the nursery and they couldn’t have been any nicer! The boys got on with the job and asked any questions they had about the job! Any bits that we asked them to go over again they did so without any hesitation! Couldn’t have asked for a better team to clean the nursery! Joe was especially nice, taking time out of his work to help me move furniture, taking things off the walls, helping to put heavy stuff in our skip and overall just a genuinely nice guys looking for a good chat! :)

A brilliant experience, professional, timely and so nice to speak with. You should be so happy with your staff.
