Darren, the technician assigned to my shed clean/clear-out, was friendly, helpful and pro-active. He listened to my basic instructions (e.g. remove this stuff, keep this stuff) then methodically went through the contents of my shed. He effortlessly sorted the junk from the useful, and identified a few items worth keeping that I didn’t know were there! As well as cleaning and sanitising the shed, he also re-organised the furniture and leftover items to create a large amount of extra space that I can now make use of. The end result is a shed that looks brand new, with lots of free space and no more junk! I would heartily recommend Rentokil, it was a friendly and helpful experience from my initial inquiry onwards.

Dougie came to assess the site which is an open space used by the community, just a few hours after I made the initial phone call. The clear up needed to take place as quickly as possible and Dougie clearly understood this. Dougie provided an estimate verbally and followed this up soon after in an email. Dougie confirmed that Stef would be available to meet me at 8am the following morning and he was there on time. Stef completed a thorough clear up and met me afterwards to sign the paperwork.
