We have trouble with our toilet overflowing with sewage it goes all over toilet floor down the corridor and sink area. Andy came to clean and disinfect the areas and as always did a very excellent job he is alway polite, and professional and when we saw it was Andy we knew everything would be spot on and smelling wonderful. Beyond awful! I had a tenant in a flat who experienced a blocked drain. Sewage overflowed from his toilet and also came up the shower. Scottish Water promptly dealt with the blockage. I contacted Rentokil Hygiene to do the clean up on the Saturday evening. Was told they’d contact the technician on call and he would call me. Nobody called. This has gone on for the last 16 hours!! I’ve called countless times and was eventually told they are waiting on somebody from their sales team to give them a price!! In the meantime there is sewage sitting on a floor and I told damage being done. A tenant, that is an essential worker, that can’t use their bathroom and somebody on the phone from Rentokil arguing with me and saying that their weekend service reall only for people that have contracts with them. Just shocking service!! They really don’t care and have no compassion for peoples circumstances

We had Chris and Ian attend on Day 1, and Chris and Mike (part) on Day 2. I think the work was more than had been anticipated by Rentokil - hence needing to come back for a second day. Chris was amazingly hard working. He came with a cheery 'can-do' attitude and got on with the task in hand - achieving extremely good results. Just what was needed when we were finding the whole scenario quite stressful. Although Mike only came for a couple of hours, what he achieved was superb. My only reservation was that we had been told, at survey stage, that the mold-bloom in dried out areas (where the underlying issue had been fixed) could be dealt with. However, the technicians confirmed that this was not the case, and needed a different treatment / specialist. The guys who came - Chris in particular - did an excellent job - Thank you
