We needed to source a quick solution to a health and safety issue within our housing project. From arranging a quote to having a technician on site, the turn around time was really quick and the whole process was quick and painless. Sean was fantastic. Really helpful and friendly - he was super patient when he had to wait for the delivery of a skip to site and busied himself in prepping the waste. The work was carried out to a high standard, and the room in question was really clean and fresh when finished. We're hopeful we won't need to have work like this done again - but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate in using Rentokil again. Thanks.

Very professional efficient service

Customer communication could be better but very pleased with the engineer who attended. Initial hygiene informed of fault 11th May. Engineer attended 24th May. Despite asking, no appointment to attend was made, so no notification of arrival. Engineer was very helpful, cleaned up, and left us operational.
