The cleaner contacted prior to arrival to confirm it was still convenient to call at the agreed time. He explained and showed me what he has done, and once finished asked me to check if I was happy with the cleaning, which I confirmed. He was very efficient and courteous and completed the work in a shorter time than anticipated. I cannot fault this level of service. Thank you very much.

I can’t say thank you enough to Ian and Majed. Manager Ian responded to my urgent request very quickly and did his best to help and work out to solve my problem efficiently. I received his cleaning service from Majed twice, both times he impressed me with his professional skills. The rooms and balcony are much cleaner and immaculate than I expected. Definitely recommend!

Steven was lovely and professional. We had an issue with our water supply which meant that a return trip would be required but he was more than accommodating and has already made arrangements.

A very good level of service provided by the Guys Calvin and Davey, supported by others when needed, nothing is too much trouble, job is tackled with enthusiasm and a willingness to help at all time.
