We had a back up of sewage in our house. I spoke to the Leicester office (so nice to speak to an actual person in a time of crisis). The assessor did respond within the given timeframe and attended the same day. I know he was under pressure because he was covering for a colleague. He arranged for the cleaning to be done the next working day (after the weekend). The person who attended was very friendly, careful and competent and kept us fully informed

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help regarding the removal of the graffiti from my garden wall. The technician arrived bang on time at 9am. He was a very pleasant chap, set up quickly and got on with the job. He spent a long time working on removing the graffiti and now it is virtually invisible – so a very good job done.
