Rentokil Specialist (Jesse), was very professional, arrived in time, explained the process, listened to concerns, and gave advice. Worked quickly, throughly and tidily. I would be happy to recommend.

Very happy with visit to clean and disinfect carpet after a flood ... Very professional and polite service. Arrived on time. Followed COVID guidelines by wearing a mask and keeping distance. Exceeded my expectations with the quality of the clean - there was long term build up of grease/dirt embedded in parts of the carpet - which has now been removed. Would recommend.

Absolutely fabulous service and fast response. We was on a tight deadline for cleaning work to be carried out and Rentokil organised and was out within a couple of days. On Saturday the third of April In our Tesco Metro store in Swindon We had to call on the service’s of Rentokil Hygiene. Shane the engineer who arrived was very helpful from the outset, he had a positive can do attitude through out the day. He presented the best attitude of all the contractors we had on site that day

From the conversations on the phone, the email correspondence, the flexibility of timing and the amazing team that came to eradicate the cigarette odour from our new home - all team members provided top notch customer service and did a fantastic job! It is obvious that Rentokil and its managers care for their staff, the sense of pride and the camaraderie of the team meant that what could have been a horrible, mundane job seemed to be enjoyed! Everyone was so willing to help! Thank you to Michelle Smith and Andy Goodfield in the office, and a big shout out and thank you to the onsite team Craig, Chris, Jess and Martin for a fab job and a home that is now habitable.
