Lately the instructors have started not…

Lately the instructors have started not showing up and canceling classes like 1 hour before? I make it a point to shoe up for classes that I enroll in so I would appreciate if the instructors did the same. Maybe you can be more selective getting instructors.I received a phone call from Varsity and they told me that they would take my review back and address it.

They won't admit when they can't help

From the time I first contacted Varsity Tutors (Dec. 10, 2025) until the first actual contact with a “tutor” (Jan. 15, 2025), this “service” has been nothing but frustration. They “sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused” when alleged tutors failed to show up for sessions on numerous occasions, but when I asked them to simply cancel my account and return my money their response was, “I can certainly help with a request such as a tutor placement or scheduling update, however I am unable to process a cancellation via SMS. You can pause or change your membership online; to cancel, you will be required to call us at 888-888-0446.” That number, by the way, is always busy and no one answered to cancel my account. They claim they have tutors for every request which is nonsense, but they refuse to be honest enough to simply say, “sorry, we can’t help you with your specific request,” and give your money back when they can’t fill a request. When I took the time to supply them with a very detailed description of my needs, someone on their end changed my request to a bunch of general garbage that led a very unqualified “tutor” to think he could help me. After the tutor, who didn’t have a clue about my problem, lead me to fumbling around with my computer until the thing locked up, forcing me to pull the plug out of the wall, bells began going off in my feeble head telling me to just swallow my fee for this rip-off and never use Varsity Tutors again.
