Very helpful

The two sessions were not that helpful to my daughter. The tutor asked if she had an answer sheet to the questions which she did not.

Lelsy has been an incredible teacher. I have learned lot from her and have taken away many key points and information she has given. I am grateful for everything she has given me and all the time she put into making me a better test taker / grow my confidence. She is able to connect with you and make you feel prepared for anything in regards to the exam. I would recommend her to any student struggling as she has made me feel much more confident going into my exam. It was also nice to grow a trusting relationship with her and to be able to have friendly conversations. Even when getting questions wrong, she makes you feel like you are on the right track. Lesly has been wonderful and I cannot thank her enough for putting her time and energy into me as a student.

Tried three weeks for my 6 years old, had to cancel. Everything’s messed up. Tutor was driving while teaching. And the system is always not working. Can’t book sections by yourself and tutors weren’t able to share screen during the section. Totally nightmare experience.

The tutor was so good , very knowledgeable and I have faith my daughter’s grade are going to improve.

I signed up a month ago for one of the plans; the recruiter talking to me on the phone made it seem like if I went over my hours nothing would happen, as well as my tutor telling me to do more lessons. I was very overwhelmed with the subject I was studying for on the site, so I continued the tutoring as it went on; it got more sloppy. Once I canceled, they told me that since I went over these hours I would be charged extra, which was a shock because I never saw this anywhere on their site, and both the recruiter and my tutor didn’t tell me of this information. To top it all off, some of the “extra hours” they charged me were days I told the tutor to cancel are planned lessons as I was going to be busy, yet they were not canceled, and I was charged for those hours as well. All in all, the service tries to hide important details to soak you dry of all your money for horrible customer service and overcharged and mediocre tutoring.

Help chap was unable to help. just kept kept babbling on about Chrome. If the program was working fine in all previous sessions, then it should continue without requiring me to change operating system. All I want is to access my whiteboard for the last session just as I have been able to do with every previous session. You made this a part of the learning process; do not take it away.

Horrible service. Customer service is no help and some tutors are a scam. Payed for 4 hours which cost 299 and later on got charged 600 bucks for no reason. My problem still has not been fixed and they have not given me any explanation on this charge. Absurd. Horrible service and badly ran company.

My tutor was Lesly Rocha . She was great!! She helped me a lot with this journey . She is the only I felt confident about the test . She was always willing to help, clear my doubts , so flexible with the classes and made studying more easy with her way of teaching!! I’m so glad I got the best tutor and she will be the important part behind my success ♥️
