I was just trying to see what they offerred online and made the mistake of putting my phone number in the system. They have been non stop calling me for a week now and I have not answered once. They have called every day if not more than once a day. If I really wanted tutoring I would have signed up. But now if I want tutoring I'm going to go through someone else cause they will not leave me alone.

So far my experience is absolutely fantastic. The tutor analyzed my entire scope of prior course knowledge. Proceeding to create and suggest a plan of attack for future sessions. I’d highly recommend others.

When I first called to set up with Barsity Tutors they were amazing. They assured how much the could assist and how flexible they would be as well. Well as we got started the website showed tutoring until January when actually the exam was scheduled for October. They don’t communicate that is how they do it and then change it accordingly. The tutor met Thursday Friday and Saturday. She then asked to do 2 TWO hour sessions at once. Ridiculous. She then asked to tutor at 8pm. Well we asked for another tutor and never received another one in 3 days. Money was refunded but Varsity was disappointing. We really need help and assurance. It they could not follow through. This was for OT exam.

Our daughter is in 11th grade and precalculus has been especially challenging. The Varsity Tutor program got us set up with an amazing tutor that has not only just tutored our child but worked with her based on her specific learning style. She went from borderline failing to now on the cusp of having a B!!

Tutors stopped showing up for weeks requested refund multiple times non was given. The company wants you to pay for services never received. My student got no tutoring for a month tutor no showed more than 4 times with no message or a request for a reschedule. Then the last time they set a reschedule for a date and time my student was not available. Called for weeks asking for a refund still have not gotten one.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.... IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT CANCEL WHEN TOLD TO. THE TUTOR FELL ASLEEP 2 TIMES DURING DIFFERNET SESSIONS. TERRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Massive Billing Issues. Varsity Tutors charged me daily for sessions that we never signed up for. We continued to get charged for sessions that we canceled, and they would not refund.
