The tutor was great. I had some concerns with the company but, ultimately, felt like Varsity Tutors treated me fairly and worked with me to find a solution. That counts for a lot in my books.

My daughter’s tutor is wonderful. Her name is Lisa Crawford. She is patient and works through problem sets while explaining what she is doing. Classmates ask my daughter to explain the homework after her sessions. In addition to being a great teacher, she has also been a pleasure to coordinate with when scheduling. Life gets hectic and she is understanding and accommodating.

Took me two weeks to have a good tutor for my son. The customer service is horrible. Every time I tried to book a session, they gave me the wrong times and hard to find a good tutor.
