Yesterday whilst out, I missed a delivery. Wife nor I could work out what we'd ordered... Today a really friendly fedex driver pitched up with a replacement garden vac. To Sean, Craig & the entire team, your understanding, service & problem solving has been utterly faultless. Thank you all for tolerating my small-time moaning, you have all been great. Hyundai lawn mower

Ordered bundle deal lawn mower and strimmer last year August. This year we got lawn mower out, for half way through gardening and the blade appeared to stop spinning. Followed manual instructions but it continues not to spin. As the product was under warranty. I emailed in to see how we could resolve the problem. Sent few images over. With fast response. Genpower will be sending a new lawnmower out. Expected delivery on Monday. I would recommend this company.

Scarifier

Scarifier arrived and one of the cable clips was broken. Rang Genpower spoke to Poonam Shanto and within 2 days replacement arrived. Good service.

Jet wash broken part …

Very prompt reply to the issue I had with parts broken on my jet wash. I sent a photo of the problem and the new part was delivered within days. Communication was excellent. Thankyou to poonham shanto for 5 star customer service.
