Disgraceful company id buy your powertools elsehwere , power washer broke, won't replace, it's still under warranty aftersales team rude + unhelpful and have an attitude problem.

Purchased a pressure washer and it broke within 10 months. Used it once/twice a week washing down my van after work and the exhaust bolt snapped in the engine. The worst thing is I have contacted the sales team regarding my warranty and they have totally ignored me.
