Angle Grinder Replaced. Ordered an angle grinder from Genpower…

Ordered an angle grinder from Genpower LTD which unfortunately after purchase developed a fault. After contacting them and explaining the problem i was sent out a replacement unit, Solomon who dealt with me couldn’t have been more helpful, i was kept up to date about delivery and received it within the week. Many thanks, i would recommend this company and would purchase from them again.

Great customer service team

I cannot praise Solomon from Genpower enough. My order arrived a day earlier than expected but unfortunately once assembled it would not work. I contacted Genpower and Solomon’s replied almost immediately. He arranged for a new spark plug to be sent out which arrived two days later and sent some online information. Machine is up and running and working great. I feel confident in contacting Genpower again in the future.

Lack of transparency and trust

Lack of transparency and trust. Order a leaf Blower -vac 2x20v li-lon Batteries, 3in 1 Blower 1 HY2194. Was not working so sent it back. It was collected, they emailed me saying that I did not send back the batteries. I responded with, why would I send something back that needs testing without the batteries? I was told that they would contact the workshop. The next thing I found the equipment in my porch. Opening there were the batteries but no charger. Whoever is in the workshop taking parts - not ethical

Very Helpful and fast

Very helpful making sure I ordered the correct replacement battery. I then ordered this on a Tuesday lunchtime and it was delivered Wednesday lunchtime. Very fast efficient service. I wish all online suppliers lived up to this service. :-)
