Contacted Gempower with regards to a faulty pressure washer that was still under warranty. It took a while to resolve the issue and at a certain point it was very frustrating but Jade from the company handled everything very well. All in all, a bad experience was turned into a very positive one, thanks to her.

Great machine, delivery on time

Got one of these as a backup for a sthill product and it soon became my go to saw. but found that my son used it more so got him his own. Great saw but don't break it as spares are a bit hard to get hold of.

Needed a heater to warm up my garage that wasn't too costly to run so purchased a diesel/kero hyundia one and so far it seems OK however you need to have the door open for ventilation which isn't a problem as the place still warms up nicely

Received a damaged vacuum head with my Hyundai cleaner. Jade offered to replace it immediately & sorted all the info she needed. Job done! Fabulous!
