Ordering, delivery were great! Putting the mower together was a small challenge as one of the pins were missing which held a wheel in place. Reported the matter and I received a fast reply and I was promptly sent replacement (s). Easy to use and lightweight, folds away nicely. The strimmer was equally as good.

Jade was helpful when I received my order slightly damaged. Communication was good and it was resolved quickly. Good job!

Ordered a generator and straight away had an issue with delivery to my workplace. Said they couldn't change the address - contacted courier to be told only vendor could amend delivery! Unit arrived and would not start. After a couple of hours figured out the battery was disconnected. Why not mention this in the start up instructions? Re-attached and still no joy. Bought a charger and eventually got it started. No key or remote start though. Contacted c/s and after being told I should have had it on charge for longer! I shouldn't have to do anything to a brand new item! eventually told they'd send a replacement battery. Took a couple of months but it finally arrived. Fitted it but still no key or remote start. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favour and buy a Honda.

Awful. Cumbersome, heavy, difficult to manoeuvre. Does not cut my Leylandi hedge at all well. Nowhere near as good as my old B&D trimmer. Rubbish!!!!!
