Raised a concern a few days ago. Solomon at Hyundai/Genpower dealt with this promptly and the replacement part arrived this morning. Great service

Tried to use customer services about a small problem , TOTALLY unhelpful basically a "put off , fob off " reply, they were useless

I have bought a chainsaw and at 2nd utilisation the clutch melted

Had some parts missing and thank god for Solomon he dealt with request very professionally and in a timely manner he seemed to be the only one who knew what to do very pleased now I’ve got all my parts just a bit worried that the original package arrived in such poor condition
