Hyundai lawn mower.
I like the way Poonam Shanto on behalf of the Genpower/Hyundai dealt with the issues. Initially I was sent a charger and battery with the Hyundai HYM40Li380P lawn mower, which were defective but quickly replaced. They are better but are not cutting the square meterage advertised, despite my grass being only 8 days higher than when I last cut it and recut today on the same setting. The mower does still spill out grass cuttings unlike my previous mowers. The after sales is excellent, but the mower not so.

They are very apologetic when things go wrong but do not fix the problems with my mower, they just send it back with same problems and then stop communicating with me leaving me with the problem and a mower with a major engine problem. Please do NOT buy from this company. I will have sort the engine problem from another supplier.
Worst aftercare / warranty service ever
I purchased a Hyundai lawnmower 12 months ago via Amazon and it has stopped working. I completed the online warranty form to raise a claim for repair or replacement. This was on 23rd August. I received no response so followed up with a call and message to your team. I was advised that there was no record so it would be collected on 5th September. I advised I wouldnt be in so it needed to be the 6th Sept. I have a message from Banazeer Dawood, and Chloe Harvey confirming it would be collected on 6th Sept. DPD arrived on 5th Sept when we were at work but home security footage shows driver at our house. I was at home all day 6th and no driver called. I contacted your team and Sanjana Sobahah said they had attempted collection on 6th but no answer. I advised that that was incorrect. I asked for the MD contact details as I was extremely disappointed in the service, i also called but due to long wait times I left a message asking someone to call me. no one called. I then received a message from Sanjana saying collection would be made on 12th September and she would track this closely My wife too the day off work to stay in to make sure she could hand over the lawnmover. No one has come to pick it up and its now 20:34, Sanjana has not tracked the collection, she has not advised on any issues. I find the team completely incompetent. This is a basic service. I would now like the value of the lawnmower refunded and i will purchase from another company. I would like to send you an invoice for the cost i have incurred by having to employ a local gardener to cut my grass. It is due another cut too so the longer this goes on the more cost I will be looking for you to reimburse me for. Basic customer service skills and experience is not hard to achieve. Please can someone call me on 0~~~~~~~~~ and respond to this email ASAP. If i have not heard from you by 10am on wednesday 13th September I shall have to take to social media to report this. I am also a journalist so will also take this to print too in one of my weekly columns. I really do not like taking this approach but given its been 21 days since I raised my initial claim and its still not resolved. On top of this i understand it could be another 2 weeks after collection before its returned to me, so at least 5 weeks!
